Raquel is amazing! I'm big on texting, and she communicates this way, unless it's lengthy then she'll call. Either way, she's very easy to talk to. She's very well organized, and she always dresses to impress. Our transaction was very simple, so there wasn't much back and forth, but I'm sure if problems arose she'd be on top of it!
